Responsibilities:

- Handle voice and non-voice customer interactions professionally and accurately.
- Respond to customer queries, maintain records, and follow defined process guidelines.
- Support business development activities, lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer or prospect requirements.
- Meet assigned quality, productivity, and business performance objectives.
- Maintain timely updates in company systems and prepare relevant reports when required.

Requirements:

- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn process tools quickly.
