As a Software Technical Writer creates explicit, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for software products. This role involves working closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to translate complex technical concepts into manuals, API documentation, user guides, installation procedures, and release notes.

Need to work closely with other writers, product managers, engineers, and the User Experience (UX) team in an Agile development environment to produce in-app assistance, help, guides, interactive training and videos for administrators, users, and developers.

Proven ability to craft content for end users.

High standards of quality and attention to detail.

Experience with XML-based authoring tools such as Oxygen.

Experience with source control software such as Perforce or Git.

SDLC (Software Development, Operations and Support).





Technical Writer skillset requirements :

Familiarity with authoring tools, Madcap Flare, Adobe InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen XML a plus.

Proficiency in MS Excel

Expertise in SharePoint

Collaboration strategies in SharePoint (e.g., check-in/check-out files in SharePoint)

- Ability to collaborate with other technical writers on reviewing deliverables.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in reviewing/editing deliverables.

Familiarity with authoring tools, Madcap Flare, Adobe InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen XML

Expertise in MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint

Shift time - 2 pm to 11 pm IST
