*Role summary.* Act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and the implementation team by driving discovery, requirements gathering, process design, and solution validation activities.
*Key responsibilities*
- Conduct business workshops.
- Gather and validate requirements.
- Perform fit-gap assessments.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Configure functional elements and validate solution behavior.
- Support testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Assist with stakeholder sign-offs and Hypercare support.
*Experience*
- 5+ years ServiceNow functional consulting experience.
- Solid business analysis and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience in WSD, FSM, EAM, ITSM, or workplace transformation programs.
