Could you be the full-time Product Introduction Storekeeper in Lviv Oblast we're looking for

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our product introduction processes, helping to optimize and streamline logistics to support our goals. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as the PI Logistic Leader and PI Customer Site Manager), manage the reception, storage, and dispatch of parts and tools, and ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of organizing and optimizing transportation of parts and tools, but also maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting supplier follow-ups and claims.
Populating the appropriate database and reporting relevant information to the PI Logistic Leader and PI Customer Site Manager
Contributing to internal and external supplier follow-ups and claims in collaboration with the PI Support Manager
Ensuring Quality and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) documents, such as conformity certificates, are collected, stored, and updated according to ISO rules




Reporting local consignment/warranty stock availability to the Project Product Introduction Manager (PrPIM) and maintaining stock
