We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented, and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect with people at different levels.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience , including fresh graduates with a postgraduate qualification in HR who are eager to build a career in talent acquisition and human resources.
End-to-End Recruitment: Support the recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles,



and recruitment priorities.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, update candidate records, and monitor hiring progress and timelines.
Employer Branding: Support initiatives to strengthen Bayfield's reputation as an attractive workplace.
Explore current sourcing methods and recruitment practices to improve the quality and speed of hiring.
A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources (MBA HR, PGDM HR, or equivalent) is preferred.

- 0–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; freshers with a postgraduate qualification in HR are encouraged to apply.
- Good listening, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn recruitment tools and HR systems.
- The ideal candidate should be a good communicator, a patient listener, a confident relationship builder, and someone who can work collaboratively while taking responsibility for assigned recruitment activities.
