We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead who can take ownership of the marketing function and lead the team effectively. This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond execution and has the maturity, ownership, and leadership skills to independently manage the marketing team and drive initiatives from planning to execution.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading people, driving marketing campaigns and projects, setting priorities, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining the overall quality of work . Lead the marketing team to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives.

Marketing Planning & Execution

- Plan, prioritize, and drive marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance to ensure timely execution.
- Review and maintain the overall quality and consistency of marketing deliverables.
- Analyse campaign performance and use data and insights to improve marketing strategies and outcomes.

Present campaign updates, performance reports, challenges, and recommendations to the leadership team.
Process Improvement & Marketing Strategy





- Identify gaps in processes and introduce improvements to make the marketing function more structured and efficient.
- Stay updated with current marketing trends, digital channels, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
- Good understanding of different areas of marketing, including digital marketing, content, social media, campaigns, branding, and lead-generation activities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while keeping leadership appropriately informed.

Qualifications & Experience

- Relevant educational qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in marketing with demonstrated experience in leading or managing a marketing team.
- Solid understanding of marketing campaigns, digital marketing, content, social media, branding, and lead-generation activities.
- Experience managing multiple marketing projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
