Role Overview We are looking for a QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, functional testing, and defect management. The candidate should have experience in Procurement and/or banking/financial services, strong Azure DevOps skills, and the ability to independently test complex business workflows and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation to identify test scenarios and requirement gaps.

Design and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, smoke, and regression test cases.

Log, track, retest, and manage defects using Azure DevOps Boards and Test Plans.

Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, executions, and defects.

Investigate functional issues, analyze root causes, and support resolution.

Identify and communicate risks, blockers, dependencies, and testing delays.

Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and QA teams.

Support UAT, business-user validation, and workflow testing.

Provide clear testing updates and participate in Agile ceremonies.





Work independently while maintaining testing quality and delivery commitments.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of Software QA experience.
- Strong experience on test automation using Playwright and JavaScript.
- Strong functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards and Test Plans.
- Experience in Procurement and/or banking/financial services.
- Solid test case design, test execution, defect management, and traceability.
- Experience testing web applications, integrations, business rules, and access permissions.
- Knowledge of SQL and APIs for validation and troubleshooting.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Strong analytical thinking, independent problem-solving, and risk escalation.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Professional certifications like ISTQB, CTFL - AT, CAST, etc.

Preferred Skills

Monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace.

Log analysis and technical troubleshooting.

Enterprise system modernization, transformation, or implementation projects.
