We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to manage our daily data logs, transactions, and inventory records using specialized software.

- Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
- Preferences: Male candidates with good communication skills in English are preferred.
Software Management: Accurately enter, update, and process billing, shipping, or inventory data using GATI Software*.
- Data & Accounting Entries: Record daily financial transactions and vouchers using Tally.
- Report Generation:
Create and maintain weekly/monthly tracking reports using MS Excel and Word.
- Verify data accuracy by comparing it with source documents (invoices, receipts, order forms).
- Office Support: Assist in general administrative and backend clerical office tasks as required.
Minimum 12th Standard (HSC) pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Hands-on experience with GATI Software is essential. Mandatory proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Tally ERP/Prime.
- Speed & Accuracy: High typing speed with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication: Positive written and verbal command over the English language.
