Fery Rides is a women-focused ride service in Delhi-NCR. We provide safe and reliable travel through electric scooties and cabs driven by women. We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Support Executive who can help customers with their queries, bookings, complaints, and other ride-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
2. Help customers with ride bookings, cancellations, and refund requests.
3. Resolve customer complaints and ride-related issues.
4. Coordinate with Sister Partners and the operations team.
5. Follow up on pending issues until they are resolved.
6. Maintain records of customer queries and complaints.
7. Ensure customers receive timely and helpful support.

Other requirements

1. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
2. Basic computer knowledge.
3. A polite, patient, and helpful attitude.

Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
5. Ability to handle multiple queries responsibly.
6. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role.
7. Experience in transportation, travel, or ride-hailing services is an advantage.
8. Freshers are not eligible for this position.
