We are hiring Blended Customer Support Agents (Voice + Chat). Job Details:
Role: Blended Customer Support Agent (International Voice + Chat/Messaging)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in international customer support, with experience in both voice and chat
Industry (mandatory): FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services; Crypto experience
Location: Work from Office
Shift: Rotational shifts and week-offs
Contract: 9 months, extendable
Key Requirements:
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Experience handling complex queries, escalations, and high ticket volumes
Knowledge of customer support metrics such as CSAT, QA, TTR, and FCR
Basic awareness of AI-powered support tools is preferred
Versant requirement: C1 level, with an expected score of 75–77+
