Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Drive AI solution delivery from proof of concept through pilot and production while ensuring scalability, governance, and adoption.

Translate complex business and technology requirements into AI, automation, and agentic solutions with relevant stakeholders.

Oversee agent monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.

Develop and review Python scripts, APIs, integrations, and data workflows supporting AI solutions.

Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, best practices, and mentorship to project teams and junior engineers.

Create and maintain architecture documents, technical designs, operational runbooks, and deployment documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.

At least 8 years of experience in AI, automation, software engineering, analytics, or enterprise application development.





Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development, deployment, administration, and support.

Proven experience delivering enterprise AI, conversational AI, copilot, or agent-based solutions.

Robust proficiency in Python, automation frameworks, and solution orchestration.

Working knowledge of data engineering, data integration, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.

English proficiency at the advanced C1 level is required.
