About the Company Que Information Technology delivers Microsoft solutions, custom software development and AI automation projects to businesses. We are looking for a driven BDE to grow our client base and bring in recent business opportunities.
The BDE will own the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate generates opportunities through cold calling, cold outreach and their own professional network, and can confidently pitch IT solutions to business decision-makers.
Generate new leads through cold calling, cold emails, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
- Bring in business opportunities through personal and industry network.
- Identify client needs and position our Microsoft, custom software and AI automation services.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and lead status in CRM; Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4–6+ years of experience in business development / IT sales.
- Proven experience in cold calling and cold outreach.
- Strong professional network that can create business opportunities.
- Good understanding of Microsoft solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
- Knowledge of custom software/application development and AI automation solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field (MBA preferred).
