This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced Meta PPC Specialist with proven, hands-on experience generating leads for U.Direct experience managing Meta advertising campaigns for U.Experience working in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts is highly preferred.

You will own campaigns end-to-end, combining data-driven performance analysis with strong creative strategy to consistently improve results.

- Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta advertising campaigns for U.Develop campaign strategies covering targeting, campaign structure, budgets, bidding, creative direction, offers, and lead-generation objectives.
- Manage and optimize campaigns for home service companies such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, remodeling, painting, cleaning, construction, and other residential/home-based services.
- Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, qualified lead rate, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, frequency, CTR, CPM, and attribution data.
- Optimize campaigns based not only on lead volume but also on lead quality and downstream sales performance.
- Work with CRM and sales teams to identify which Meta campaigns, audiences, creatives, and offers are producing qualified customers.
- Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Brief and collaborate with creative teams on high-performing hooks, angles, offers, video concepts, images, copy, and calls to action.
- Manage significant advertising budgets and confidently scale winning campaigns while maintaining target CPL and lead quality.
- Identify campaign inefficiencies, troubleshoot tracking issues, and develop data-backed strategies for growth.
- Prepare transparent and actionable performance reports for clients and/or internal stakeholders.

home service businesses will not be considered, even if they have extensive general Meta Ads, ecommerce, or other digital marketing experience.

Qualified home service experience may include campaigns for: HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Home Improvement & etc.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience generating leads for U.Direct and demonstrable experience managing Meta Ads for U.Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns, local targeting, lead quality, CPL optimization, and scaling.
- Experience managing multiple Meta Ads accounts simultaneously, preferably within a performance marketing or digital marketing agency.
- Must be able to demonstrate actual Meta advertising work from U.Must be able to provide 2–5 examples of Meta ad creatives (video and/or image) from U.Experience with Meta Lead Ads and Instant Forms.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and landing-page CRO best practices.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

WORK SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

- Full-time remote position.
- USD $4.00 per hour.
- Must have a reliable computer/laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, noise-free workspace, and backup internet/power solution to ensure uninterrupted productivity.
