We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations, client communication, lead tracking, documentation, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales representatives, business development teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth execution of the sales process from lead generation through order closure and post-sales coordination.

Support the sales team with daily coordination and administrative activities.

Manage leads, prospects, and sales opportunities in the CRM.

Coordinate client meetings, calls, demos, and follow-ups.

Prepare quotations, proposals,



presentations, and sales documents.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Track sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline status.

Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance trackers.

Support the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets.

Maintain a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Experience: 0–1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Business Development. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

CRM Knowledge: Basic understanding of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot is preferred.

Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and sales documentation.

Learning Ability: Willingness to learn sales processes, CRM systems, and new technologies.
