Responsibilities

Lead analytical development activities for synthetic drug products from development through commercialization

Oversee analytical method development, validation, transfer, and robustness assessments

Review and approve analytical protocols, reports, specifications, and validation documents

Manage team planning, project prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration across development programs

Requirements

Pharmaceutical analytical development expertise with regulatory knowledge

Experience leading scientific teams in drug development environments

Proficiency in analytical method development, validation, and transfer

Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Demonstrated capability in technical documentation and regulatory submissions

Knowledge of stability strategy and lifecycle management

Experience with root cause analysis and quality investigations
