Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Conduct primary field surveys and interact with local brokers and market participants to build real estate asset databases.
- Execute valuation assignments and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth research on designated topics such as luxury real estate drivers, warehouse asset classes, and senior living trends.
- Research major real estate-based Alternative Investment Funds (Category-II AIFs) in India, analyzing market size, performance, and impact on sector growth.
- Analyze mega infrastructure projects pan-India and study their direct impact on various real estate asset classes.
- Track retail industry trends and contribute to research reports on existing and upcoming retail mall supply.
- Maintain structured databases of ongoing and upcoming projects, developers, and institutional investors.
Requirements:
- Under-Graduate in Finance, Marketing, Data Management, or any Engineering discipline.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in commercial real estate valuation and advisory.
