We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage Broker and Corporate Agency partnerships for driving Life Insurance business. The role involves developing solid partner relationships, increasing wallet share, driving profitable business growth, conducting training sessions, and supporting partners through joint sales calls and fieldwork.
Manage and develop relationships with multiple Broker and Corporate Agency partners to generate Life Insurance business.





- Focus on generating profitable business with quality submissions and strong persistency.
- Conduct regular training and knowledge sessions for partner sales teams on products, sales processes, and market updates.
- Monitor business performance, pipeline management, and achievement of assigned targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and operational support.
