About the Company:

Kibu School is an early-stage EdTech company focused on creating meaningful learning experiences for schools. The team works closely with educators and school communities to understand their needs and deliver thoughtful, practical solutions for the education ecosystem. Kibu is seeking a School Outreach Associate to represent the organisation across Surat.

Responsibilities:

- Visit schools and education institutions across Surat in line with Kibu's outreach plans.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with principals, school administrators, teachers, and other education stakeholders.
- Introduce Kibu's offerings, communicate the value proposition clearly, and understand each institution's requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, school visits, and follow-ups with stakeholders and the Kibu team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, conversations, feedback, and agreed next steps.
- Share structured market insights, school requirements, and on-ground feedback with the Kibu team.
- Represent Kibu with professionalism, integrity,



and a solid understanding of the local education ecosystem.

Requirements:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with regular field visits, independent travel, and meeting new stakeholders.
- Confident, presentable, and professional in school-facing interactions.
- Genuine interest in schools, education, and the local education ecosystem.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage follow-ups independently.
- Familiarity with Surat and its school network is preferred.
- Experience in field sales, business development, school outreach, education partnerships, EdTech, education services, or client relationship management will be an advantage.

This is a full-time, field-based, paid internship for 3 months in Surat, Gujarat. The monthly stipend is ₹8,000–₹10,000, with performance-based incentives. The role offers meaningful independence, direct exposure to school leaders, and an opportunity to contribute to the wider education ecosystem.
