Role: Field Sales Executive
Experience: 0 to 4 years
Business Development (Sales):
- Achieve sales targets as per the branch's approved business plan
- Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory
- Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basis
- Prepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG)
Ensure high-quality service delivery to all customers
- Maintain strong liaison and communication with clients
- Address customer complaints and work with Operations and Back Office to resolve them effectively
- Conduct detailed site inspections and SRAs
- Set realistic and accurate customer expectations regarding pest management services
- Promote visit-based sales as per iCABS frequency to enable structured annual service calendars
- Share cost sheets and material requirements with Operations; Ensure new sales are visible in iCABS for planning and execution via Service Companion
- Punch new sales in SRA on time to allow sufficient lead time for planners; Administration & Accounts :
- Coordinate with the Back Office for accurate and timely invoicing
- Share costings and customer expectations with Operations in advance
- Ensure timely submission of collections and review daily billing status with the Back Office team. Maintaining Systems and MIS
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in all sales-related systems
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
- Maintain an updated and organised customer database
Business Development (Sales)
- Calls / Survey / Quotations/ PDSA as per the Regional plan
- Collection & DSO
- Robust interpersonal and networking abilities
- Any Graduate (Any discipline)
- Proficient in MS-Office/G-Suite
- Experience - Jr. Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in Facilities Management services
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home products, home services, or residential cleaning services (preferred)
