Key Competencies

Demonstrable experience in the following areas:

- Drainage Engineering & Design
- Highway Drainage
- Design of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS)
- Hydraulic Design and Modelling
- Preparation of Drainage Strategies
- Knowledge of UK / Middle East/ International design codes and legislation

Missions/Main Duties

Working knowledge of Design software such as:

- HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS - At least 5 years of mandatory working experience in hydrology required.
- Autodesk Civil 3D – Alt least 5 years of mandatory experience in 3D modelling of ponds,



ditches and drainage networks.
- Micro Drainage, Info drainage, SewerGEMS or similar software packages. A proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel is also expected.
- Basic knowledge of drawing production in AutoCAD.

Profile/Skills

Qualifications

- You will have a bachelor’s or post graduate degree in Civil Engineering with 8-10 years working experience.
- post-graduate experience with a consultancy or developer.
- Working towards a recognized skilled qualification
