About the Company

Digimedia Solutions is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to strengthen its performance marketing capabilities and help businesses generate measurable growth through targeted digital advertising. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Kharadi, Pune, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday; the 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, and budget allocation.
- Track and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion volume, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Analyze performance data and prepare clear campaign reports.
- Run A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and campaign strategies.




- Configure and monitor conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Identify optimization opportunities and stay current with Google Ads tools and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Robust knowledge of search and display campaigns, keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Working familiarity with GA4 and GTM.
- Strong analytical, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Graduate in any discipline; a digital marketing certification is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and use a data-driven approach to performance marketing.
