Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Manage client accounts and support middle office and fund administration solutions across jurisdictions.

- Serve as a key operational and relationship point of contact for institutional clients.

- Coordinate cross-functional deliverables to ensure high-quality service and timely execution.

- Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and organizational service standards.

- Drive customer engagement, address operational queries, and identify service enhancement opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Understanding of fund administration, middle office services, or account management principles.

- Robust written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent relationship management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team setup.
