You'll drive evidence-based product decisions for the isolved platform, working alongside engineers and product managers as the designer for the experiences you're assigned. You plan the research, shape the direction, and carry the work from problem framing through to what ships, using design thinking methods to ground decisions in how people actually behave rather than how we assume they do.The isolved platform is broad and interconnected. You can explain why you picked qualitative over quantitative (or the reverse) on a real project, and how research showed up across the whole process, not only in discoveryExperience working within an established design system and contributing back to it, and the judgment to know when to extend it versus follow itA habit of looking for the root problem.
