Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support business development initiatives by identifying and organizing potential growth opportunities.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information about markets, prospects, and business opportunities.
- Assist in maintaining and developing professional relationships with prospects and stakeholders.
- Coordinate business development activities, meetings, follow-ups, and related schedules.
- Support communication with prospective clients, partners, and other relevant contacts.
- Assist with sales closing activities by tracking discussions, requirements,



and next steps.
- Participate in negotiation-related discussions under appropriate guidance.
- Maintain organized records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and business development updates.
- Prepare summaries and updates to communicate progress across ongoing business development activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes through research and coordination.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bring an interest in Business development and apply Research Skills to identify opportunities and support informed business decisions.
- Use strong Communication Skills , Relationship Management , and Coordination skills to build productive qualified interactions and manage ongoing activities.
- Develop practical exposure to Sales Closing and Negotiation while contributing to business development initiatives.
