Swiggy is hiring for the role of Sales Manager I!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Own a defined geographic territory and build strong, successful partnerships with assigned restaurant partners.

- Conduct field-intensive engagement, performing 80 to 90 in-person restaurant visits per month with product demos and ROI analysis.

- Diagnose restaurant operational and marketing challenges, positioning Swiggy's solutions through consultative selling.

- Manage the full monthly partner lifecycle including pitching, negotiations, contract activation, and ongoing performance support.

- Utilize data-driven problem solving by tracking adoption metrics, diagnosing growth bottlenecks, and troubleshooting issues.

- Take end-to-end ownership of territory revenue targets, pipeline tracking, and conversion rates.

- Maintain central and city-level data trackers using advanced Google Sheets/Excel workflows.





- Keep track of local restaurant industry dynamics and competitive trends to provide ground-level feedback to product teams.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate (B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc, etc.); Post-graduation in Marketing/Sales is preferred.

- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development (preferably in FMCG, food/beverage, or hospitality sectors).

- Demonstrated ability to manage an active sales pipeline and meet or exceed conversion targets.

- High comfort with spreadsheets and data analysis (proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboards).

- Robust negotiation, interpersonal, consultative selling, and field presentation abilities.
