Job Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, and following up with interested clients to support business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and property leads.
- Explain property details, project features, pricing, and available offers.
- Identify customer requirements and generate genuine sales leads.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily calling records, customer databases, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned daily calling targets and lead-generation goals.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills

- Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi; English communication is an advantage.




- Confidence in handling customer queries and objections.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel , CRM tools and E-mail.
- Good follow-up, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or real estate experience is an advantage.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Must have a confident, polite, and professional approach.
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls and working toward targets.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
