Branch International is hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Understand customer problems deeply through data analysis, user research, and direct customer feedback.

- Break complex business challenges into clear product opportunities and actionable roadmaps.

- Define transparent product requirements and partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality digital lending solutions.

- Design product experiments, analyze data results, and use evidence to guide roadmap decisions.

- Track product performance across key metrics (conversion, activation, repayment, retention) and optimize business outcomes.

- Collaborate closely across cross-functional teams including Risk, Operations, Data Science, Compliance, Design, and Engineering.





- Evaluate and manage third-party integrations and strategic partnerships to accelerate the product roadmap.

Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of total experience in product management, analytics, or tech-driven operational roles.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related quantitative fields.

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions.

- Excellent written communication skills and comfort collaborating with distributed remote teams.

- Prior experience in Fintech or digital lending is a plus, but not mandatory.
