Position: Sales Manager
Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 + Incentives
Experience: 3–5 Years in Residential & Commercial Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Handle residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Generate leads, manage client relationships, and drive conversions.
- Conduct site visits and negotiate with clients.
- Develop sales strategies and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth sales closure.
Requirements:
