We are looking Land Surveyor for our Godrej MSR mivon highrise building project
A land surveyor in construction measures, maps, and marks the exact geographical and legal positions for a project so that buildings, roads, and utilities match the architectural and engineering plans
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Boundary Verification & Legal Research
- Topographic & Site Mapping
- Setting Out & Construction Layout (Staking)
- Progress & Level Monitoring
- As-Built Surveys
- Data Processing & Reporting
- Handling Up-to-date & High-Precision Instruments like total station Satellite-based positioning receivers (such as Leica, Sokkia, CHC, and GeoMate), Angular Measurement Instruments, Vertical & Levelling Instruments (Auto Level & Dumpy Level, Levelling Staff (Staff Rod)
- AUTOCAD Knowledge is must related to Land Survey Drawings.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Surveyor Certification
- Experience: 6– 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction/Residential building projects (High Rise Buildings)
