Job Description

Unitech Packs Group requires a single Maintenance Incharge to support both Factory-1 (Bio Carry Bags Manufacturing - Plastic Extruder Machine) and Factory-2 (Unipack Boards - Lyan Machinery LY-40 Edge Board & LY-1600B2 Slitter Rewinder, imported machinery). The candidate will be responsible for mechanical and electrical breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) troubleshooting across both units, along with production floor supervision support.

Key Responsibilities

- Factory-1 - Plastic Extruder Machine (Bio Carry Bag production): daily mechanical & electrical maintenance, breakdown repair, extrusion process parameter monitoring
- Factory-2 - Lyan Machinery LY-40 Edge Board & LY-1600B2 Slitter Rewinder (imported): maintenance, alignment, calibration & troubleshooting
- VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) setup, parameter setting, fault diagnosis & correction - both machines
- Mechanical breakdown repair (bearings, motors, gearbox, belts, rollers)
- Electrical panel, wiring, motor starter, control circuit troubleshooting
- Compressor (Rotary Screw) maintenance & upkeep
- Production floor supervision - machine uptime, output monitoring,



downtime reduction
- Daily maintenance log & breakdown report to GM Operations
- Spare parts inventory tracking & timely procurement request
- Safety compliance - machine guarding, electrical safety protocols

Required Skills & Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Plastic Extruder Machine operation/maintenance experience - mandatory (Factory-1)
- Lyan Edge Board / Slitter Rewinder or similar imported machinery experience - added advantage (Factory-2)
- Robust knowledge in Mechanical + Electrical + VFD - mandatory
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in manufacturing/production machine maintenance
- Ability to work independently, handle breakdowns quickly, minimize production loss
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts, rotational basis
- Basic understanding of production process (added advantage)

Salary & Benefits

Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
