Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and coordinate jewellery production activities to ensure timely order completion.
- Coordinate with external vendors for raw material issuance, manufacturing progress, and finished jewellery delivery.
- Monitor vendor-wise production schedules, pending orders, and turnaround time.
- Ensure jewellery is manufactured according to approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with CAD, merchandising, quality control, inventory, and sales teams.
- Track order status from production initiation to final delivery.
- Monitor production delays, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper tracking of gold, diamonds,



and other raw materials issued to and received from vendors.
- Maintain production records, vendor performance reports, and daily status updates.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure jewellery meets company standards before dispatch.
- Follow up on urgent orders and prioritize production according to delivery commitments.
- Control wastage, minimize rework, and improve production efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
