Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relation Officer (CRO) with 1 to 3 years of experience in the premium watch industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong customer handling abilities, and experience in delivering exceptional customer service to high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide product information and assist customers in selecting premium watches.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for smooth customer experience.
- Follow up with customers regarding product delivery, servicing, and feedback.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/customer databases.
- Assist in achieving store sales targets through effective customer engagement.




- Handle after-sales service coordination and warranty-related queries.
- Maintain the brand image and customer service standards of the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the premium watch sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM software preferred).
- Presentable personality and skilled attitude.
