About the role: We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern with a strong visual eye to support MIJA's social media, performance marketing, website, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable turning briefs into clean, premium, and commercially effective creatives.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

· Design static creatives for Instagram, Meta ads, website banners, product launches, campaigns, and other digital communication.

· Translate content and campaign briefs into visually strong layouts that fit MIJA's premium jewellery aesthetic.

· Create multiple design variations for performance marketing and social media testing.

· Work with the content, creative, and marketing teams on day-to-day design requirements.

· Maintain consistency in typography, colours, composition, spacing, and overall brand presentation.

· Prepare and organise final creative files in the required formats and sizes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva is required.

· Strong sense of aesthetics, colour theory, typography, composition, and graphic design structure.





· Ability to create clean, premium, modern designs suitable for a jewellery and fashion brand.

· Valuable attention to detail and ability to work on multiple briefs with reasonable turnaround times.

· A portfolio of design work is mandatory. College, freelance, personal, or internship projects are all acceptable if the work demonstrates strong design ability.

· Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or basic video editing is an added advantage.

Stipend

Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month, depending on skill and portfolio

3 months, extendable to 6 months based on performance and review
