About the Role

NIIT USA Inc. is looking for an experienced Docebo Implementation Consultant to support end-to-end implementation of the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) and other enterprise Talent Management platforms.

The consultant will work closely with clients and technical teams to understand business requirements, configure LMS solutions, manage data migration, build system integrations, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements, analyze workflows, and map business processes.
- Design, configure, and implement LMS and Talent Management solutions.
- Manage data migration, validation, transformation, and error resolution.
- Develop and troubleshoot system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Support SSO configuration, including SAML-based authentication.
- Work with SQL, relational databases, ETL processes, and HRIS platforms.
- Support integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT),



and post-implementation troubleshooting.
- Assist with end-user training and client adoption.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in LMS implementation, configuration, or enterprise Talent Management systems.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data migration, and SQL.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON, SSO, and SAML.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-management skills.

Preferred: Direct Docebo LMS experience or certification. Experience with other enterprise LMS platforms will also be considered.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
