- Robust knowledge of Namkeen/snacks manufacturing processes (frying, seasoning, packaging).
- Experience in plant/shop-floor operations and team supervision.
- Familiarity with FSSAI and food safety compliance norms.
- Basic MIS/reporting and production planning knowledge.
- Strong leadership and manpower handling ability.
- Good coordination and communication skills with vendors and internal teams.
