Salary and Perks:

6 months to 1yr Rs 19000 take home salary per month plus 1500 performance based incentive

1yr & above – Rs 21000 take home salary per month plus 2000 performance based incentive

- Two-way free cab facility for both pick and drop (*25 km radius)

Requirements:

- Education: +2 / Higher secondary & above
- Looking Only Freshers
- Good written skill in English is required
- Should be an immediate joiner
- Should be able to work in night shifts (no day shifts)
- Should be flexible for rotational week-offs

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound chats within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
- Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
- Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
