As a SAP - CO Senior Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes
- Analyzing client requirements to develop tailored SAP finance solutions that enhance financial reporting and strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP finance applications
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business process improvement and financial transformation
- Managing financial reporting and budgeting processes using SAP FICO and related modules
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Validating compliance with financial regulations and standards within SAP finance implementations
- Directing teams through complex financial projects, maintaining composure in challenging situations
- Crafting and conveying explicit, impactful messages that align with client goals and expectations
