Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide patient care services to patients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Handle incoming international voice process calls from US healthcare providers.
- Offer customer support to resolve queries related to medical billing, claims processing, and insurance coverage.
- Utilize healthcare analytics skills to analyze data and provide insights on patient trends and patterns.
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in International Voice Process (IVP) or similar roles.
- Robust understanding of US healthcare industry practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat platforms.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
