- Develop and implement effective medical affairs strategies to support product launches, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality CME programs, workshops, and symposia.
- Provide expert advice on antibiotic use, PMT (Product Monitoring Tool) implementation, and medico marketing initiatives to internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the medical community to promote products and services.
Job Requirements :
- 5-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with a focus on medical affairs or related field.
- Strong understanding of antibiotics, CME, KOL management, medico marketing, and PMT principles.
- Proven track record of developing successful medical affairs strategies for current product launches.
