We are looking for a dynamic and creative *Online / Social Media /Community Manager for our premium brand having retail stores in India and a growing D2C International business

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the brands presence across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

- Plan, create, and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns.

- Develop content calendars, post ideas, and campaign concepts aligned with brand positioning.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, agencies, and internal teams for campaign execution.

- Monitor digital trends, competitor activity, and customer engagement patterns.

- Handle community management, audience interaction, and online brand reputation.

- Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and promotional activities.

- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using relevant metrics.

- Assist in digital marketing initiatives for India stores and USA D2C operations.

- Ensure consistent premium brand communication across all digital touchpoints.

Candidate Profile





- 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or online brand communication.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategy.

- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

- Creative thinker with solid execution ability.

- Experience in premium lifestyle, FMCG, cookware, home products, or retail brands preferred.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Proactive, energetic, and result-oriented personality.

Qualification

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Salary-8,00,000 to 14,00,000 per annum*
