Hiring: Oracle Retail Stock Ledger Functional Analyst (Remote)

We are looking to hire Oracle Retail Techno Functional analyst with knowledge and expertise in Stock Ledger. You would be deployed to clients who are currently on MFCS V26. You would be working on both Support & Enhancement for MFCS Foundation, Stock Ledger and integration to SIM/SIOCS

Location: Remote

Availability: Immediate to 45 days notice period

Should be versatile to work on saturday and sunday and take comp off on other days of the week

The Role

An equal mix of enhancements and production support across MFCS Foundation, MFCS Stock Ledger, and integrationwith SIM/SIOCS.

What You Bring

- Hands-on Stock Ledger experience on RMS on-premises or on MFCS. Both will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of tran codes and how each business event (receipts, RTVs, transfers, adjustments, markdowns, shrink, sales, cost changes) posts to cost and retail.
- Experience supporting batch cycles on RMS or MFCS.
- Strong knowledge of retail accounting concepts (cost and retail methods, markdowns, shrinkage).
- Working knowledge of MFCS Foundation and SIM/SIOCS, or the ability to ramp up quickly.




- Strong communication skills and comfort working with distributed teams.

What You Will Do

Production support:

- Analyze incidents, identify root cause, and resolve within SLAs.
- Support nightly, weekly, and month end batch cycles, including failure diagnosis and period close.
- Trace and reconcile stock ledger data from transaction through the accounting tables to the financial system, and resolve variances.

Enhancements:

- Gather requirements and write functional specifications for enhancements and configuration changes across MFCS Foundation, MFCS Stock Ledger, and SIM/SIOCS.
- Support the SIM to SIOCS migration, including inventory and stock ledger impacts, testing, and cutover.
- Assess and adopt new V26 functionality that advantages the business.

Nice to Have

Exposure to V26 or recent Oracle Retail releases, knowledge of how RMS/MFCS interacts with SIM/SIOCS, and integration experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
