Summary
Brik Oven is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis 3 to join our kitchen team at Doddaballapura CK. The candidate will assist in daily kitchen production, with a focus on bread baking, dough preparation, pastry making, and cheese-based preparations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of bakery operations, food safety, ingredient handling, and kitchen hygiene, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.
- Assist in preparing and baking different varieties of bread and bakery products.
- Support dough preparation, mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, and baking.
- Assist in preparing pastries, desserts, and other bakery items as per standard recipes.
- Handle cheese-based preparations, including portioning, grating, storage, and basic food preparation.
- Follow standard recipes, measurements, and preparation procedures to maintain consistent quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, bakery section, equipment,
and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of ingredients and prepared products.
- Follow food safety standards and minimise food wastage.
- Assist senior chefs and kitchen team members with daily production and other assigned tasks.
