Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce configuration, integrations, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. Work extensively on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities and business processes. Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions. Develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, triggers, and other Salesforce configurations. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, system testing, and deployment activities. Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Follow Salesforce development best practices, governor limits, security standards, and coding standards.

Required Skills

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong knowledge of:

- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- SOQL/SOSL
- Apex Triggers




- Salesforce Flows

Experience developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs. Positive understanding of Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Object/Field-level security. Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce CLI/SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of Salesforce data model and governor limits. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification. Experience with middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica. Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins. Exposure to Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a plus. Experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementations.
