Job Description

We are looking for an organized, and enthusiastic Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in operations within a digital marketing agency. The selected candidate will support day-to-day operational activities, coordinate internal tasks, assist with website content updates, create marketing materials, and ensure the smooth execution of internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities across departments.
- Assign and follow up on internal tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain task trackers and update project progress reports.
- Publish blogs, articles, and other content on the company website.
- Update website pages and digital content as required.
- Design brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the SEO, Content, Design, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Organize and maintain operational documents and digital files.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in assigned operational tasks.
- Handle miscellaneous operational and administrative tasks assigned by the management.





Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn WordPress, project management tools, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
