- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and hardware.
- Handle user issues related to network connectivity, email, and system access.
- Manage tickets, incidents, and service requests within SLA.
- Perform software installation, updates, and basic system maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure endpoint security compliance.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills required.
