We are looking for an experienced Collection Manager – Digital to manage the delinquent portfolio across all products, with a solid focus on field collections and digital collection processes.
The Small Ticket segment primarily comprises digitally sourced accounts with ticket sizes ranging from 10,000 to 5 lakh. The role is responsible for improving business profitability through effective delinquency management, collection efficiency, and portfolio quality within the assigned zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage field collection activities for delinquent accounts across all products.
- Drive collection efficiency and reduce delinquency within the assigned zone.
- Monitor the performance of the collection team and ensure achievement of collection targets.
- Manage digitally sourced portfolios and implement effective digital collection strategies.
- Use digital collection tools, processes, and systems to improve recovery rates.
- Track portfolio performance, analyse collection trends, and take corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, collection guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in field collections is mandatory.
- Must have working knowledge of digital collection processes.
- Experience in managing delinquent portfolios in an NBFC, preferably in the small-ticket lending segment.
- Candidates should have exposure to collection management across multiple financial products.
