Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer L1 to provide first-level IT support to end users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.




- Handle service requests and incident tickets.
- Assist users with login issues, password resets, and account-related queries.
- Provide basic support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of user queries and service requests.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools is an added advantage.
