A General Dentist is responsible for providing comprehensive oral healthcare services, including the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of dental conditions. The role involves conducting routine dental examinations, identifying issues such as dental caries, gum disease, and oral infections, and delivering appropriate treatments including restorations, extractions, and preventive care. The dentist is expected to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs while ensuring high standards of clinical care.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, the General Dentist plays a key role in educating patients about proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care to maintain long-term dental health. The position requires the ability to interpret diagnostic tools such as X-rays and to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹43,627.48 per month
