Job Role : HR Recruiter
Location : Chennai
Experience : 1-3 years

Qualification : MBA/MSW/ Relevant Exp in recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and source relevant profiles accordingly.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Support other HR activities as required.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
