We are looking for a creative, responsible and technically skilled team member to join our architecture studio.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Prepare building permit drawings as per applicable Kerala Building Rules.
- Knowledge of the K-SMART building permit application and submission process.
- Assist with permit documentation, drawing revisions and submission requirements.
- Develop 3D models using SketchUp.
- Create realistic exterior renders using V-Ray or similar software.
- Coordinate project drawings and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Positive working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Kerala building permit rules and K-SMART procedures.
- Basic knowledge of V-Ray or other rendering software.
- Understanding of architectural drawings,



dimensions and construction details.
- Good time management and attention to detail.

Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering or relevant experience.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
